Hello. I did go through why my account was blocked. I was trying to publish a page but the intention was certainly to just post the research without aiming to defame someone. I promise not posting the content related to A-TEEM again as it was deleted from two accounts. I'm new to Wikipedia so I was learning how to publish articles. After studying, I promise to abide by Wikipedia's rules and regulations putting forth a promise not to do so again.
