I have attempted to make some changes to the draft you've written. I did not check the sources and an AFC reviewer I am not but I believe the errors that the current reviewer provided as reason not to approve have been fixed. Also look at the talk page because I asked a question there I'd like answered. It may involve moving and resubmitting the draft so let's discuss it. As always, you are welcome to ask questions on my talk page through the "Ask your mentor a question" function on your homepage. This is an attempt at good will and a desire to see growth and development from potential long term editors. I look forward to hearing from you. --ARoseWolf 17:59, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
- You'll need to address the concern about your potential closeness with the subject (Please see below) expressed by @bonadea and also the concerns over the use of primary sources as expressed by @Reading Beans on the draft. As I stated, I didn't look at the sources and only did the copyedit work. The AFC process can be a not so friendly or forgiving experience for new editors so you need to have a solid article before submitting. You have to prove why the subject deserves an article and the answer can't be because you know they are famous or because they have a big following. Things you "know" to be "true" are not admissible as evidence that a subject is notable. We rely on independent secondary sources to determine that. Getting an article through the AFC process and included in the encyclopedia is one of the hardest things a new editor can do. That isn't meant to discourage you, only prepare you which I wish I had done prior to your first submission. --ARoseWolf 14:56, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
