[edit]Hello, I'm KyloRen3. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Mahalakshmi Temple, Mumbai, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Kylo Ren III (talk ☎️) 11:22, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
In use template
[edit]You don't need to add the in use template to articles that you're editing. This template is intended to reduce edit conflicts when undertaking a large edit to an article. Most of your edits are relatively minor. -- Longhair\talk 05:11, 9 August 2021 (UTC)

[edit]You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.
Please also note that you are permitted to use a username that contains the name of a company or organization if it identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87".
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page.
You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text
{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names.
Thank you. ~ GB fan 16:12, 18 August 2021 (UTC)AshishKaushikAMNSIndia (block log • active blocks • global blocks • autoblocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))

Your use of "we" makes it seem this is shared account, which is not allowed. Accounts have to be operated by an individual. PhilKnight (talk) 13:37, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
Hi, I am sorry it was just a wrong use of tone. This account is handled by a single individual only. I kindly request you to approve my account unblocking. {{Unblock-un}} — Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.120.92.158 (talk • contribs)

If you really want to try to get Essar Group deleted, you have one option, WP:AFD. I will predict that the outcome will be to keep the article, but you can try, The specific directions on how to nominate it for deletion can be found at WP:AFDHOWTO. I think it will be a waste of time to try this but if you think you can make a better argument than you have so far, this is the only option.
Please stop adding speedy deletion tags as those will not work. ~ GB fan 14:16, 2 September 2021 (UTC)
- This applies to Essar Steel as well. ~ GB fan 14:20, 2 September 2021 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, AshishKaushikAMNSIndia. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Essar Steel, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. This notice also applies to editing and creation of articles about other related companies. In future please use the article Talk pages to propose changes rather than apply them directly.
