License tagging for File:Madison square Park logo.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Madison square Park logo.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Madison Square Park Conservancy

I have returned this article to your userspace, since as it stands it contains a tremendous amount of material that is in blatant violation of copyright law. You cannot simply copy text from the MSPC website, and the small amount of paraphrasing you've done here and there is not sufficient to qualify as "fair use". The entire article needs to be re-written pretty much from scratch. You can use the facts contained in the MSPC site, but you must express them in original ways.

Rather than tag the article as a copyright violation, which I would have been justified in doing, I've returned it to you so you can work on it. You'll find it at User:Arthum0409/Madison Square Park Conservancy returned. Please do not move it into article space again until you've fixed the problems with it. Thanks. Incidentally, if you want to drop me a note after you've finished re-writing the article, I'll be glad to take a look at what you've done and offer any suggestions or criticism I may have. If it's substantially shipshape, I can help with any final adjustments. Normally, I would clean up the copyvios myself, but with this percentage being in violation, I'd rather you, the originator of the article, have the chance to remake it.
