Hi, I wanted to ask if you think it would be a good idea to take the people listed in Presbyterian Church in Ireland and creating a new article with the above name. I was going to start and expand the PCI articles on wikipedia with over the summer, along the lines of this - {{PCI}} - template. Thanks for reading. Bye for now. <font="center" color="#FFFFFF"> theKeith Talk to me 17:34, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
Yes, I think it would be a good idea. It would be great to have Irish Presbyterians from all walks of life listed. Up to now I've been concentrating upon those Presbyterians, some of them hardline, who have made a contribution to nationalist/republican identity and/or civic life in the Irish Republic. In time, I hope readers will add to the list all those Presbyterians who have made a contribution to unionist identity. Good luck.
- Thanks for the help, just note to say that I have moved all the people listed in Presbyterian Church in Ireland to the new article; List of notable Irish Presbyterians, in line with the American List of notable American Presbyterians. It occurred to me that although they may have classed themselves as Presbyterian they may not have been members of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland? Just a thought, and it doesn't really matter now that the new article has been created. <font="center" color="#FFFFFF"> theKeith Talk! 13:31, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
