Hi Arnold, I have undid your revision. The paragraph you have added to the beginning of the article should probably come after the introduction (maybe as part of a "background" section. That way, the article will start as it does right now. You added a reference to your own article. Haven't you? Regarding cites, no need to place (1), (2), etc. - cites are placed incorrectly. Use: . You can use templates for adding them.

I looked up my article a cited by PubMed (US National Library of Medicine); it has the following reference: "PMID: 6218992 [PubMed - indexed for MEDLINE]" I hope this helps.
