Avenged Sevenfold

I am monitoring Avenged Sevenfold due to recent edit warring. Please remember to discuss disputed changes on the article talk page rather than making the changes repeatedly in the article. Paradise City

Im sorry but I believe that to be wrong, and you would need to provide a source for that. Appetite for Destruction doesnt give writing credits to all for each song (neither does the actually album cover listing either) while West Arkeen and Chris Weber are all credited with co-writing the songs It's So Easy and Anything Goes (which was originally a Hollywood Rose song) respectively, Adler was never given credit. If you can provide a reliable source that says otherwise, I wont remove it, but until then, he shouldnt be given credit. HrZ (talk) 15:46, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, ive checked out the album, allmusic, Slash book etc. and you are correct, my apologies. I will refrain from editing that in future.

However, dont think Steven sued them "because they tried to take his writing credits away from him", got the book in front of me and it says, quote:

"All I remember is that the last time I saw Steve was in court, because he sued us, which seemed asinine. He was in such bad shape that I knew what he was doing when he headed to the bathroom in the middle of the proceedings. He sued us for a couple millions bucks for a glitch in the execution of his sobriety contract. He needed to have an attorney present when he signed it, and he hadn't had one. Of course, thanks to our attorneys, we didn't know this. I was shocked when I found out Steven won his lawsuit and we had to pay him two million bucks" Page 305

Saying that, I thought he sued them because they werent paying him the correct royalties (must have been the 15 percent quote on the other page), been a while since ive read this book, anyway, hope everything is all good now HrZ (talk) 18:54, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
