...Why am I blocked?

Hi! I joined today to help create the page for "Dangerous Woman" by Ariana Grande, and it says I've been blocked because my address was apparently used by another user, who abused multiple accounts. I have no way to prove that I am not them, but I can assure you I wouldn't abuse anything here. If someone could please review this and determine if I could get unblocked, I would appreciate that! It may be my neighbor. We share the same IP address. I mean, I completely understand why you wouldn't believe me (I wouldn't believe it if i was you either). However, there's only one way to prove it: my actions. If I act like that user, then it would be safe to say we're the same person, right? No one will be responding because you are banned. Regardless of what you say, enough evidence has been found to call you the same as the other editor. As a result, you are not welcome here.
