Hello, Ariadne000. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "The Door with Seven Locks".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 20:14, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I replied at my talk page

[edit]

Hi Ariadne000, I recently replied to your message at my talk page. Wracking talk! 05:43, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Charley's Aunt (1941 film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Expulsion. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:04, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I Love You to Death

[edit]

Hi, I’m @Spectrallights. This message is in regards to edits you made on I Love You to Death, particularly the section The Toto Case. Per MOS:NAMESANDTITLES, names of publications, like the Chicago Tribune, Orlando Sentinel, etc. should be italicized. Italics are not needed for quotes. The first paragraph contained direct links to the news articles, when the articles have already been cited. I fixed these so there are no duplicate references. If you think I made a mistake or have a question, leave me a message on my talk page. Spectrallights (talk) 06:34, 18 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reservoir Dogs

[edit]

Moved debate to the article's Talk section so we can all review without further back-and-forth edits. Even though your previous edit cited the 700-word limit, the plot's content/detail is what needs to be addressed. Look forward to reviewing these points on the Talk page. Thanks. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Prey (2019 Canadian film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Expelled.

Missing word?

[edit]

Back in February, you expanded the plot summary of Who Am I This Time, but there seems to be a word missing in the last sentence of the second paragraph: "fireworks result between them as Stanley and Stella [?] during the audition". Do you recall what you intended to write there? Deor (talk) 15:02, 22 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, Deor, for flagging my omission. I have fixed the sentence in question. Ariadne000 (talk) 20:14, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Fellow fan of "Ask Me Again"

[edit]

Thank for your work on "Ask Me Again". I've thought about those quotes for decades. I wish we could find pictures of the young Robert Bruce, whoever he was. Allthemilescombined1 (talk) 11:03, 28 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm looking at what else Richard Greenberg wrote, wondering if any of it is available. This looks good: https://web.archive.org/web/20070309015002/http://www.tv.yahoo.com/life-under-water/show/15162/castcrew Allthemilescombined1 (talk) 11:08, 28 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm glad you appreciate it as much as I do. Unfortunately, my 1989 VHS tape had deteriorated badly before I transferred it to DVD, so my only copy has lines through it. I occasionally search Google to see if it is available on DVD or Bluray, but so far not (another one I occasionally search for is the BBC version of Josephine Tey's "Brat Farrar," which used to be available on YouTube but has since vanished). Quite the coincidence that I searched on Wikipedia just a day or so after you created the article! With my mind refreshed by reviewing the film, I preserved most of your quotes, which capture Elizabeth's spirit well, adding to the "Pride and Prejudice" theme around them.
I don't see anything online on Robert Bruce. He must have left acting soon after. I've never seen "Life Under Water", but it looks interesting. Ariadne000 (talk) 18:00, 28 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please keep in mind that contents of The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters and The Disasters of War may overlap with Los caprichos and it is possible some content may be duplicated. Such a situation is called "content fork" in wikipedia. Content forks are often create problems, because a person may expand the overlapping text in one article or fix the error is it, but can forget to do the same in another article. Over time the contents may significantly diverge (that's why the situation is called "fork" as in fork in the road). To deal with this problem there is a guideline: WP:Summary style; please read it, just in case. --Altenmann >talk 02:54, 16 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
