Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Your obsession ran into my expertise. Drmies (talk) 18:48, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Just let me be happy! 🤣 I know, I know. I'm not trying to be toxic or cause dismay. I just really want to return and do what I love. 😭 I've messed up my chances. Architecturescorpion (talk) 18:51, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, you have, and you need to study what reliable sources are. Here--it's from Ohio State, but it's not bad. Drmies (talk) 18:53, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I know what reliable sources are, But thank you for your input. I'll take a read. Btw: TechGoblin was never one of my accounts. Architecturescorpion (talk) 18:56, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think you do. Drmies (talk) 18:58, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh I do, don't worry :) I edited loads of articles with all sorts of good sources which are still present today. I just messed up regarding being a sockpuppet a few years ago; ignored my talk page warnings and didn't really understand the rules regarding copying content from Wiki itself into other pages. I got banned for that, came back on a new account, restored my edits, and that's how it all started really.
4 years ago and still trying. Your skills stopped me today, so well done to you. Architecturescorpion (talk) 19:01, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, but that's just really sad, and it rots the community from the inside out. You are helping to destroy the very thing that you crave. Drmies (talk) 19:02, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not trying to destroy the community at all. My edits were not toxic or anything, I just made a mistake and quickly learnt from my mistakes. I think it's best not to judge someone, as anyone can get into my hole. I was new to the site at the time and was just getting to know everything. I regret it, of course I do.
If I could turn back time to 4 years ago and change everything, oh yes. I would in a heartbeat. Architecturescorpion (talk) 19:04, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just feel bad for TechGoblin, who has got banned despite not being one of my accounts. I'd openly tell you if it was. Architecturescorpion (talk) 19:02, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Well, that's precisely what I'm talking about. First of all, why should I believe you? The very existence of this account is a lie. Second, why should we believe any of your edits? You're a habitual liar in your making of accounts and interacting with other editors: there is no reason for any of us to believe anything you do or say. So don't tell me you're not "trying to destroy the community": you're doing it without trying--socking destroys community, and it's not a victimless crime. You are the one who got TechGoblin blocked. Four years ago you made a mistake, and you continue to make the same mistake, out of compulsion or boredom. If you really wanted to learn from it, make up for it, you'd follow WP:OFFER.
