Welcome
[edit]Hello, Aquintana29 and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students.
If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.
Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.
Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}}
on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.
We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Drm310 🍁 (talk) 05:01, 29 March 2019 (UTC)

Michael Myers
[edit]Hi, I saw that you edited the article on Michael Myers to add the following sentence: "Fans of the Halloween franchise know that Michael Myers is known for three things: carving people up, the famous white-painted William Shatner mask, and his head tilt." There were some issues with this. The first is that this is unsourced - all content needs to be sourced with reliable sources. The second is that the sentence is subjective, as it assumes that all fans would agree with the sentence that there are only three specific things the character is known for and that they're these three specific things. Others could disagree and say that some of these should be replaced with something else or that the list should be lengthened. For example, someone could say that some of the most well known attributes or characteristics about Michael Myers would be his obsession with Laurie Strode or his habit of returning to his home (in the now non-canon sequels). As such, I've removed the sentence from the article. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:31, 8 May 2019 (UTC)
