Thumbnails Not Updating

I created a simple SVG animation roughly 20 days ago, but I still haven't added it to the Honda pumps page yet because the thumbnail is not updating.

Notice the default sized version contains some unreadable text, with the same problem alongside the 180px sizing. The 140px version has no issues at all.
