Charlie Applewhite article
[edit]Hi Apple1954. Continuing my comments at the Teahouse today. Our policy on biographies (see here for living people: deceased are similar) is that we do not refer by name to children and other relatives unless a) they are already notable by having a separate article in Wikipedia or b) the details are known from reliable sources which we cite. The reason for this policy includes privacy concerns and that anyone in the world can edit into articles complete nonsense that can't be verified if we allowed that. Even if you know something for sure about your family member, if it is not published it cannot be included: there is more information at this page. Should you wish to contribute to his biography using published material to back up what you include, you still need to be aware that you may have a conflict of interest and should read our advice about that.
