Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent contributions, such as your edit to the page Colonoscopy, seem to be advertising or for promotional purposes. Wikipedia does not allow advertising in articles. For more information on this, see

According to Wikipedia external links policy
sites with other meaningful, relevant content that is not suitable for inclusion in an article, such as reviews and interviews can be linked as an external link for a Wikipedia Entry.
The external link I suggested for Colonoscopyis a legitimate review of the colonoscopy medical intervention by Shehnaz Shaikh, MD.
- Unfortunately, external links should be used very sparingly, when they can't be worked into the article itself. Otherwise, it just seems like spamming for advertising purposes. Perhaps you should try to bring this up on the Colonoscopy talk page? NuclearWarfare contact meMy work 19:44, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Old age. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. ---CliffC (talk) 23:21, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
The article Community Manager Appreciation Day has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Non-notable event made by someone without an article
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 16:15, 24 January 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Your upload of File:Community-Managers-Montreal-Yul-Contenu.jpg or contribution to its description is noted, and thanks (even if belatedly) for your contribution. In order to help make better use of the media, an attempt has been made by an automated process to identify and add certain information to the media's description page.
This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks!
