Adding Sources to "Paul Avrich"

[edit]

The source you found is good, and the two instances for which you suggest using it make sense. However, the assignment asks for two different sources. Instead, you're using the same source twice. Add the citations you proposed, but you must also find another source to complete the assignment. Josef Horáček (talk) 16:26, 12 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Great sources and good info, but you initially added the sources wrong. As you could see, another user fixed the problem. Josef Horáček (talk) 18:17, 27 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The Lead

[edit]

Here are some suggestions: 1. The first sentence should start with the person's name and his or her main accomplishments. In Burke's case, that's probably "priest, president of Carlow College, and founder of St. Joseph's Academy." Which St. Joseph's Academy? Where is it?

In the last sentence, just use his last name.

Make the changes and add the lead to the article. Josef Horáček (talk) 13:05, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You should separate your lead from the body of the article. Perhaps add a section header titled "Life and Career" to the body of the article. Do this by Mar. 3. Josef Horáček (talk) 18:24, 27 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
