George Taylor

[edit]

Your nomination at Articles for Creation was a success, and George Taylor (gardener) was created. The article has been assessed as Start-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see what needs to be done to bring it to the next level. Please continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. Image

[edit]

Hi. Could you please upload your image again? Last time you replaced an existing picture File:Memorial Plaque.jpg, so I had to remove it. Please call it something else. Thanks! — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 11:23, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that. By the way, I've nominated the article to appear as a "Did you know" hook on the main page. See Template talk:Did you know#George Taylor (gardener). — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 11:43, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again, a couple of things:

  1. Thanks for uploading the images. You do need to be careful about adding a description and including a copyright tag. Otherwise these will get deleted quite soon. Some of these may be public domain because they are so old, but you need to check carefully.
  2. We'll need some more sources for the George Taylor article in order to get it on the main page. In particular, if you can help with adding inline citations that would be good.

By the way, you can reply (here) to my message if you like. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 09:45, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File:Celery Plaque.jpg missing description details

[edit]
Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as File:Celery Plaque.jpg is missing a description and/or other details on its image description page. If possible, please add this information. This will help other editors to make better use of the image, and it will be more informative for readers.

If the information is not provided, the image may eventually be proposed for deletion, a situation which is not desirable, and which can easily be avoided.

If you have any questions please see Help:Image page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 12:53, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Celery Plaque.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Polly (Parrot) 00:06, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
