I'm getting confused here. This is not the original account that was renamed, but a third one. 'User:Anurag Bishwas' was renamed 'User:User:AB 1995', but this is 'User:AnuragBishwas' with no space in it. My decision to decline unblocking stands, however, under WP:NOTHERE.
