[edit]Hello, I'm NewEnglandYankee. I noticed that you recently removed content from Ancient Macedonian language without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. This is an encyclopedia. The purpose of the link is to aid users of the encyclopedia who might otherwise be confused. Please leave it alone. NewEnglandYankee (talk) 18:03, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
there was never a macedonian language, there are no reliable proofs other than that it was greek as archaic stones depict — Preceding unsigned comment added by Antoniodimitriadis (talk • contribs) 22:05, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
- If you disagree with the content of an article, please open a discussion on that article's talk page--in this case, Talk:Macedonian language or Talk:Ancient Macedonian language or both. Both articles contain multiple citations to verifiable published sources, so the burden of proof will be on you to provide other reliable sources to back up your claim and achieve consensus. Please avoid tendentious editing--that is, editing only to try to prove a point--and understand the difference between fringe and mainstream views.
- Finally, regardless of your opinion of the content of these articles, your behavior--removing the article link--was not helpful. Please don't do it again. NewEnglandYankee (talk) 23:21, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
