Hi there mate and welcome to Wikipedia! Yes, your comment on my talk page was fine and there is no need to apologise for it. First off, I just wanted to know when you are saying Reid was seeded 7th, do you mean at the Australian Open, or at another tournament? (Or do you mean he was ranked 7th in the world?) I have no doubt that you do know him and that he has told you this. Unfortunately on Wikipedia, we must use reliable sources. For example, you're not even meant to say that Djokovic won the Australian Open in 2011, without providing reliable sources to prove this. Since you've brought this up again, I had another search tonight to see if I could it being mentioned that he was seeded 7th, but all I can find is that he was seeded 9th in 1961. If you were able to find a source that said Reid was seeded 7th then I would be more than happy to help you add that fact into the article (please note the source can be online, like a webpage, or offline, like a book).
