What country, from what years?

- When we're talking about the "Socialist" Republic of Romania: the system wasn't communism, and not socialism at all! Ceausescu ENRICHED himself, breaking the principles of socialism. Or, the MAIN PRINCIPLE of Socialism. And also, "Communism" is a system where the state is removed. Totalitarianism itself, such as in Ceausescu's Romania, can't be communist, because no power is owned by the people in the totalitarian state. So the Socialist Republic of Romania was ABSOLUTELY not "communist" state. --Donkey 45 (talk) 16:22, 29 August 2011 (UTC)
