[edit]Hello, I'm Oshwah. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Capacitor discharge ignition— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 18:41, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Hi. I didn't revert the edit you just did to videotape format war but I have to let you know that your text needs sources as soon as possible to ensure that we aren't running afoul Wikipedia's rule against original research. If this text is from your own research, it probably won't be allowed to stand.
You should also know that a lot of your prose isn't encyclopedic in tone. For example:
- Was it pornography that made the way for VHS? The answer is based on the USA market.
- Hobby enthuastime [sic] could extend tape playing time by reduceing [sic] tape transport time, loosing [sic] some picture quality while achieving a more desirable duration for home time shift recording.
- Two factors destroyed the superior Philips V2000 system in the Video war.
These read more like bits out of a magazine article or maybe an educational textbook than an encyclopedia. Please have a look at WP:TONE. RunnyAmiga (talk) 19:04, 22 July 2016 (UTC)
