Republic Records & Johnathan Miller
[edit]AnthonyJ Lock, I had removed that section from Republic Records because I am Johnathan Miller. A family member put that up there and did not know what he was doing! So, I took the initiative to remove that false mess!! If you will, be kind and remove that. I did write some songs with Walter Afanasieff, and I am signed with a record label...just not with Repulic or Universal Republic. Thank You.. Hello, and first let me welcome you to Wikipedia. Now then, regarding Oreimo, the article is currently having a requested move discussion, Talk:Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai#Requested Move: → Oreimo to change the title to simply Oreimo, and it's likely this will happen sometime soon based on the support it's already received. However, let me also point out that the reason the title has been rendered as Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai is based on the modified Hepburn romanization of the title, which is the preferred romanization of Japanese script on Wikipedia; see WP:MOS-JP#Romanization; so "imouto" becomes Imōto per point one at WP:MOS-JP#General guidelines, and "ni" is kept separate from "konna" because it is accepted that particles traditionally remain separate from other words when romanizing Japanese. Furthermore, this is not considered a reliable source since it's the encyclopedia part of ANN; the news and review side to the website is, however, considered reliable.--十八 11:04, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
- I was unaware of the current discussion going on and have removed my move request due to that. Thank you for all the information regarding romanization of Japanese I was unaware that particles were kept separate from other words when romanizing japanese. Also thanks for the welcome. Notice of Dispute resolution discussion
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard regarding a content dispute in which you may have been involved. Content disputes can hold up article development, therefore we are requesting your participation to help find a resolution. The thread is "Wikipedia:Apathy".
Please take a moment to review the simple guide and join the discussion. Thank you! EarwigBot operator / talk 07:33, 25 February 2013 (UTC) Rollback[edit]After reviewing your request for rollback, I have enabled rollback on your account. I was a little hesitant to do so because of your lack of use of edit summaries as well as your involvement in a "dispute" over WP:FUCK. Just so we are clear, you can only use rollback to revert clear vandalism--in cases such as those at WP:FUCK, you should undo the other person's edit with a clear reason in the edit summary. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
If you do not want rollback, then contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some information on how to use rollback, you can view this page. I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, just leave me a message on my talk page if you have any questions. Happy editing! Christopher Miles[edit]Dear Anthony, The film director Christopher Miles is a client of mine. After the matter of an incorrect image on the Priest of Love page which was the cause of litigation between several parties, which one of your colleagues kindly helped me to resolve earlier this month, his interest has turned to other information held about him and his works. He has commissioned me to work with him on correcting a number of issues which he has asked me to put right for him and I put several hours work into the matter yesterday correcting his personal biography in a manner which was non-personal and factually accurate and supported by quoting the sources of the information where appropriate with further amendments to follow today concerning his career. Overnight virtually all my work has been deleted by what appears to be an automated system and yourself and posted a note accusing me of vandalism!!! I have more information to go up today about his career followed by much more over the coming weeks about his many works, but how can I charge him for my time if my work is undone like this? The only person who really knows the truth about someone's life id that person and he had found many errors, particularly concerning his career which he asked me to delete because of the number of them and he would send me a correct version over night, which he has, and I am to replace this morning. But I can see little point if it is going to be reverted when I do. I hope you can help me or advise me. Thank you for that Anthony, forgive my somewhat frosty message earlier and thank you for your advice. After the work I put in yesterday, logging in this morning and seeing it all gone again rather upset me. I hope you understand. IP warning[edit]Just a heads-up, I removed your L3 warning on User talk:203.90.70.251 because the one I posted was for the same edit(s) you reverted. SpecMode (talk) 08:43, 11 March 2013 (UTC) Tk Pk[edit]Well now I just have to go back and delete the content again...I appreciate your note about adding why I edit content for future. For your reference, it was because it was an excrutiatingly long page that Wikipedia wanted cleaned up, especially with more citations. Much of the content was overly descriptive and some could not be cited without directing to the same page over and over again, hence a bit unnecessary. Thanks, but if you preemptively revert my edits again, we will have issues. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.171.176.232 (talk) 06:52, 12 March 2013 (UTC) Sorry, it's 3am here, and I was only going to the page to check one fact and found it to be so excessive I couldn't let it be. Much of my anger was at whatever strange person living near me thought it important to include every minute detail possible. I'm re-doing it because you're genuinely right about the leaving an edit summary. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.171.176.232 (talk) 07:02, 12 March 2013 (UTC) Jerry Augustyniak[edit]Hi, the majority of the albums of 10,000 Maniacs have all listed the name Jerome Augustyniak's name as Jerome, not Jerry. Jerry is more of the name friends call him, but its always been Jerome. Citations on this is the linear notes of The Wishing Chair, In My Tribe, Blind Man's Zoo, Hope Chest, Out Time In Eden, Love Among The Ruins, The Earth Pressed Flat and Music From The Motion Picture. As well as the John & Mary albums Victory Gardens, The Weedkiller's Daughter, Pinwheel Galaxy, and Peace Bridge. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.43.173.179 (talk) 10:52, 12 March 2013 (UTC) Hi, my name is Paulina Angel, I've made the comment up a head. An exception[edit]FYI While your edit is very understandable, there is a huge backstory (see here for my message). I suggest just leaving it alone for now as it certainly is not a routine vandalism matter. Johnuniq (talk) 10:45, 17 March 2013 (UTC) A cookie for you![edit]
Cascade Christian High School[edit]I go to Cascade Christian High School and this school is NOT in Oregon. I am changing the page to put the correct school up. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.197.176.216 (talk) 08:14, 24 March 2013 (UTC)
Brad Lloyd[edit]The page you edited recently regarding Brad Lloyd Fan has nothing to do with your football player. If you feel the need to share some pointless information (as I acknowledge our page does as well) about some football player most people outside of Australia have probably never heard of create your frickin page man as we did. Don't be lazy and stop referring to my revisions as "unconstructive" just because you don't deem the information important enough to publish on Wikipedia. It's open source you fool, that's what it's for Hugs and kisses, Ian — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.245.224.168 (talk) 08:18, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
reverts to my sandbox[edit]Hi, I see what happened now. I was working on my sandbox from a computer I don't usually use, and had not logged in. With the best intentions, you reverted my changes, and I don't see an easy way to get them back. Can you revert back for me? Again, sorry for the misunderstanding. Things move fast on wikipedia these days. FourTildes 08:49, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
No, I was in the middle of an edit and I lost some stuff, and I realized I can't get it back. I thought for a second you could, now I realize what happened. It's okay I'll redo it. I should've been more careful - and I am glad to see wikipedia is getting this responsive. FourTildes 08:54, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
