Speedy deletion nomination of ReWire DJ's
[edit]A tag has been placed on ReWire DJ's, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a foreign language article that was copied and pasted from another Wikimedia project, or was transwikied out to another project. Please see Wikipedia:Translation to learn about requests for, and coordination of, translations from foreign-language Wikipedias into English.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. - Hi guys. (I'm writing this in English so all other interested parties could understand us. :)) I removed the CSD notice Notedgrant put up because I couldn't find anything else about you on other Wikimedia projects. However, this article has multiple issues:
- 1) It's in (whatever you want to call our language). While this doesn't warrant immediate deletion, it is a problem and by translating the article into English, you'd increase the chances of it surviving.
- 2) You seem to be in a conflict of interests. That's generally frowned upon, mostly because you can not really be non-biased when writing about yourself. You can be sure that, once you become notable (if you're not already), someone will write an article about you.
- 3) Notability of the subject of the article is doubtable, at least. See Wikipedia:Notability_(music) for clarification. I will think some more about this, but at this point it is possible for someone to put a CSD notice for non-notability and I won't take it down, because I'm not really sure you're notable.
- Thanks a lot. Peasantwarrior (talk) 10:56, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
Articles for deletion nomination of ReWire DJ's
[edit]I have nominated ReWire DJ's, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/ReWire DJ's. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
