I found your topic really interesting. Particularly, I like the history section because it is well-elaborated and chronologically organized. Also, the inclusion of different charts or graphs is effective as it gives readers statistical information in an organized way. As for the lead section, it is mostly concise, but, sometimes, there is little too much information included in one sentence. Also, I think it would be great if your lead section could present more background information regarding the content in the rest of the article.
