From Now on I am planning to add more improved and non-promotional content to pages which require citation and have dead links.

Generalised assurances don't cut it. What may help is if you select an article that needs improvement and post, here, substantial and well (reliable) sourced text. See WP:FIRST, WP:RS and WP:CITE. Just Chilling (talk) 23:32, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

They are a paid editor involved in spamming Wikipedia so I am not inclined to see them unblocked. I see tons of spam like this[1] Companies pay people to add spam links to Wikipedia and it is a huge waste of time to continually clean up.
