This user is a student editor in Wikipedia:Wiki_Ed/California_State_University,_Fullerton/Gender_and_Technoculture_(Fall_2017). Student assignments should always be carried out using a course page set up by the instructor. It is usually best to develop assignments in your sandbox. After evaluation, the additions may go on to become a Wikipedia article or be published in an existing article. |

Copyright violation
[edit]Hi - I received a notification that you posted content to E. Ann Kaplan that could be seen as a copyright violation. The issue is that while you did try to slightly re-word the content, the way it was written was still seen as a copyright violation because it was closely paraphrased. This is something that you have to be extremely careful with on Wikipedia. THe material has been re-written and part of the page's history removed - you can still go back and edit the page, but please try to make sure that the content is written very differently from the source material.
I would like you to review the Plagiarism and Copyright training module before proceeding further. Thanks. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:11, 4 October 2017 (UTC)
