My own?
Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, Angel the ramos, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests, and consider using the Article Wizard. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Ian.thomson (talk) 01:05, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, as you did at Angel the ramos. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.
Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.
If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) If you wish to create a page about yourself, I recommend editing your user page Ian.thomson (talk) 01:05, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
Hey Thomson are you there?
Notability and formatting
[edit]I am here, but this is not an instant messenger. If both of us edit a page at the same time, one of us is going to be delayed.
Do you have any reliable sources that demonstrate notability? Also, please sign your posts with four tidles (~~~~), and put new discussion at the bottom of talk pages. Thank you. Ian.thomson (talk) 01:40, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
No, not really. I was just checking out wikipedia to see if it could be a way for people to gain encyclopedic knowledge of my work. Since it says "Free Encyclopedia" I thought I should be able to put myself on there. I red most of the terms and realize that since I'm not "notable" (kind of depressing actually)I can't put a page of myself up. I'm an artist, and I wanted to get more information about myself out there. I've lived a pretty extraordinary life but I see that it requires a certain amount of web 2.0 to back me up. Hopefully this does not ruin my chances of being on wikipedia eventually.
Sorry I don't totally get the (~~~~)

ps
what is up with all the satan worship on your talk page? the ignorance is upsetting. (~~~~)?
- No, without the <nowiki> tags, just the four tidles. As for my talk page, I'm not a Satanist, there's this guy that's been trying to convert me to Satanism for a while. I hope you do get some reliable sources, and thank you for actually reading the reliable source guidelines (there's a lot of people that just keep recreating the article until they get banned). Thank you for your time. I guess I'm not ready yet, but hopefully my information will be posted in the future. I know the satanism is not you, it's just a shame he's hounding you like that. PEACE Angeldramos (talk) 03:00, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
