Good work! This seems like a very through description of the production of a few types of chicha.
This looks really good! This tells us a lot about how chicha is produced. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jjack2 (talk • contribs) 17:55, 12 April 2017 (UTC)

[edit]1. thanks for the explanatory note at the beginning. very helpful.
2. Combine these 2 sentences: "The chicha is made in large clay vats. Usually, the brewer makes chicha in large amounts and uses many clay vats." and incorporate into paragraph
3. clarify - "regular beer"
4. repetitive by this point in article - "It is traditionally prepared from a specific kind of yellow maize (jora) and is usually referred to as chicha de jora.
5. adjuncts - ingredient??
6. Why do you claim that it's women that chew the corn? source?
7. odd sequencing - "After the milling of the corn and the brewing of the chicha, the drink is the sieved.
8. Switch order so it flows more coherently - "chicha morada is not fermented. It is usually made from ears of purple maize"
9. Looks like all but one of your sources are from original, including non-academic sources ie. about.com. Be sure you add the necessary info for the refernce you added
