Request reason:

I was blocked due to the actions of SassyKhruschev and Bespectacled Testicles, who led to the permanent blocking of my IP address. As I was planning on using this account to seriously edit Wikipedia, blocking my account when I myself have done nothing wrong not only hurts me, but also detriments Wikipedia. Finally, I appreciate the time taken by whoever is reviewing this, and promise to use this account for serious edits, should it be unblocked.

Decline reason:

In response to Peridon, all accounts from this IP address are owned by members of the same household. I don't really want to disclose more, and risk losing personal security.

I utterly refute what jpgordon has said, as I haven't "made a mess" with all my accounts, and in fact hadn't used any of them when they were blocked. However, I understand the concerns held, and can now accept the blocking of my accounts. However, I wish my IP address to be unblocked in the near future, so that I can make a serious account and contribute to Wikipedia, under the promise that I won't abuse the encyclopedia.
