Notability
[edit]Hallo Andrewjkatz. Your argument that The Swain School should not be deleted because " I work for the Swain School and am trying to create a wikipedia page for our school" is not a good argument. Please see WP:COI: you should not be writing this article.
But beyond that, any topic needs to be WP:NOTABLE before it has a Wikipedia article. In the case of schools below high-school level, see WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES: an elementary or middle school needs to show something exceptional, with independent resources to support it (not just routine entries in directories or official reports which every school will have), in order to have an article. I have redirected your article to the paragraph which mentions it already in Allentown,_Pennsylvania#Private_schools. I'll make another redirect there from Swain School ... done that now.
I'm sorry that you've wasted your work in creating this article, but hope that you'll now stay around and edit the encyclopedia - most of us are here to improve the encyclopedia, not to promote the organisation for which we work.
