IMAX
[edit]Please stop adding the infobox containing corporate information to the IMAX article. As I've noted in the edit summary each time I've removed this, the IMAX article is about the IMAX film format, not the company, and information to that degree of detail about the company is out of place on this article. There is already an article about the company at IMAX Corporation; if you feel that the infobox on that article is missing information that you're trying to add here, that would be the appropriate place to add it instead. Sorry!
[edit]I'd like to start off by saying sorry! Each time I did the edit it was from a couple different computers. I figured that it just wasn't saving correctly. (It never occurred to me to check the reason for editing. I'm kinda slow in that respect. I'll go to the ends of the Earth looking for solutions while ignoring the OBVIOUS.)I just figured that since the IMAX Corporation page is a stub, if I just moved and added more information to it it would be better. Sorry about the inconvenience, I can't even begin to imagine what a Spammy Jerk I must have seemed to be, constantly adding back the exact same content after you erased it. Please accept this somewhat lame apology. Thanks for finally writing the message so I could realize what I was doing. Sorry again! Andrew Fletcher (talk) 22:14, 19 April 2010 (UTC)Andy F.
BTW
[edit]By the way, I took your advice and added the info to the IMAX Corporation page. Andrew Fletcher (talk) 22:18, 19 April 2010 (UTC)Andy F.

[edit]Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure if I should change it though-I got a new monitor and it didn't really occur to me that not everyone sees what I might be seeing. Thanks again.
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
