Cool Hobbies
Radio scanning...that's a new one! How exactly does it work??? I don't know anything on the subject, but it sounds interesting! Starla Dear 23:47, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
I would recommend starting with RadioReference's database. They have many different cities and states. But you will need a scanner. You can check with RadioShack and see if they have a scanner that might work for you. RadioReference also has forums so that you can post and they may be able to help you further.

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof. Unfortunately you don't currently meet our 250 minimum main space edit guideline, so I have had to reject your application for the time being. Feel free to apply again in the future. Happy editing! --PS2pcGAMER (talk) 02:30, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

Revert mistakes

Yeah Andreni, it's about my contribution to the Mythology of FFX. all evidence points to Yevon being a theocracy, the church ruled everything i didn't see anything about the spiran goverment that the church wasn't in charge of it was even incharge of sports. wouldn't calling Spria a theocracy be appropriate, just because it's not explictly stated doesn't make it untrue. logic demands that when one and one are put together they make two. Spira was run completly by the church + a goverment run by the church is a theocracy= Spira was a theocracy, and therefore the link is appropriate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.125.95.154 (talk • contribs)
- I am truly sorry about that. I didn't realize that your statements were true (I've never played the game). I will put your edits back. --AndreniW 02:33, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
It's okay. here's a hint though, until you've experienced the subject of an article don't touch it, so don't touch games you haven't played, movies you haven't seen, or books you haven't read. it's safer for your reputation that way.

No problem, if you ever need anything, feel free to contact me. DGX 17:13, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
- I have requested in on WP:RFP. Userpages can be protected, but only in cases to protect it from vandalism. Your page hasn't been vandalized a lot, but enough recently. DGX 17:20, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

You posted about 220. adding copyrighted material to articles. Actually, it's considered vandalism if people keep adding it after warnings. It's similar to people who keep posting spam despite warnings. --Woohookitty(meow) 07:15, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
CVN Screen Name
Hi Richmond As for the link, I'm just trying to add knowledge when and where I can.
My Screen Name on CVN is Tanpercepter. I am not on near as much anymore since my 92 Marquis was sold months ago, but I do try and stop in now and then.
Again thanks and see you around the boards.

That page
Hey that page you were talking about is probably just a little joke where pilotguy can jokingly send vandals to vandalize a page. I hope I enlightened you, AdamBiswanger1 05:51, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, I couldn't figure it out. (I was thinking "somebody wants to be vandalized?") :P AndreniW 05:53, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
Mercury Marquis page
I saw your recent edit to Mercury Marquis. I want to point out that, as various articles note, "Crown Victoria" was a trim package for the LTD. LTD was the name of the car line itself. It was not "LTD Crown Victoria" until 1983, and the Marquis article ceases to be about the fullsize version at that point. I will revert the page unless I can be convinced otherwise. Thank you. --Sable232 01:19, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize your age before, these cars were around long before we were. I fixed the Marquis page while I was doing a couple other things to it. I suppose I could give you the condensed version of how and when the LTD/Marquis became the Crown Vic/Grand Marquis, if you're interested. --Sable232 03:06, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
Here goes. The cars were introduced in 1967 as the top-line cars. LTD was previously an option on the Galaxie, Marquis gradually superseded the Monterey and Park Lane. By the early 70s there were just the LTD and Marquis. In 1975 the LTD Landau and Grand Marquis were introduced as trim lines. "Crown Victoria" was then a vinyl roof option for the Landau mimicking the original '50s Vic. In 1980 Ford dropped the Landau name and had just LTD and LTD Crown Victoria. Mercury had Marquis, Marquis Brougham, and Grand Marquis, these were still based on the same platform. In 1983, Ford facelifted the Fairmont/Zephyr and moved the lower trim lines of their fullsize cars to these smaller ones. Thus, the remaining fullsize car was the LTD Crown Victoria, but is still an LTD model. Likewise, the only fullsize Marquis was the Grand. After 1991, the LTD was dropped. Personally, I consider the big LTD line itself to end in 1991, not earlier. At Mercury, however, it is still a Marquis, it just lacks the base and Brougham. Mercury is considering going back to just Marquis in the near future (although the return of a Brougham is a long shot at best!). If you have any questions or need clarification just let me know. It's a little hard to understand at first. --Sable232 01:59, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

Your edit to Bishop of Riverina
I wonder if you noticed that your edit to Bishop of Riverina replaced a red link with a grabbelled message about fixing red links. I have reverted you edit for this reason. You might want to try your edit again. Blarneytherinosaur 08:24, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah sorry, I must have pasted that in the actual page instead of the edit summary. Sorry, I fixed it. Thank you for pointing that out to me, normally I catch that. --AndreniW 11:01, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
No worries. Blarneytherinosaur 08:17, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Much you very thank
Thanks for finding the error on the WEAT page. "Today's Hits and Yesterday's Favorites" instead of "Todays Favorites and Yesterday's Hits." I don't listen to the station very often, but I had to hum the jingle to think about it. I took the information from their website and transposed the words. Thanks for making the correction.

I live in West Palm Beach. I'm now a teacher, but I was a radio announcer in Connecticut before I move to Florida. I worked part-time at WRLX (in the first Smooth Jazz era) and WLDI (at the very end of the first Top 40 era). I had already created a WLDI page, and I took your information and combined them with mine. I then added a redirect from WLDI and WIld 95.5. The county library allows us access to newspaper archives, and when a rainy day comes, I research a radio or television station in Florida or the northeast.
