When enjoying the ease of hot cat, please note that we do not mix a child category, with a parent category in english wikipedia. It is a very bad habit in commons, where even grandparent cats get mixed. The article I am noting is Bali - there is a category Tourism in Bali. Fine. But then there is no need to add Tourism in Indonesia, as the parent (Tourism in Bali being the child cat) category is the main cat. Please have a closer look at WP:Categorisation. Thanks.
