Regarding [1], would this edit[2] also be a claim not supported by diffs? (Note the edit summary, which makes it clear who he is referring to).

Also, a very minor -- in fact completely pedantic -- quibble: Regarding [3], I think that should have been "removed PA" not "struck PA". "Struck" means striking out text without removing it.

Guy Macon Thats a difficult one, the fact its posed as a question rather than a statement makes it slightly more difficult so (personally) I'd be inclined to leave it, however if you wish to ask for review by another clerk or arbitrator feel free to do so.
