Non-free file usage

File:Syria FA.png is a non-free file which means that each usage must satisfy all ten non-free content criteria listed at WP:NFCCP. This particluar file has no non-free use rationale for the "Syria national football team" article so WP:NFCC#10c is not satisfied. There is also the problem of number 17 of WP:NFC#UUI since the logo is for Syrian Arab Federation for Football, the governing body for all football in Syria. The national federation is considered to be the parent organization of all the national teams, and non-free logos for parent organizations are generally not allowed to be used in individual team articles.
