That's not sufficient for Wikipedia; the images most be released for all purposes, even commercial use. The photos do not qualify for fair use, as they have not been previously published, as far as I know. So we won't be able to accept them. Sorry, -- Diannaa (talk) 03:09, 19 November 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for your prompt response. We have for the very first time uploaded these pictures. After Prabhudayl Vidyarthi passed away, his wife, Mrs. Kamla sahni is the owner of all these pictures. She has allowed the images to be released for all purposes. I would, in that case request you to have them tagged appropriately. regds Amiy Rungta

Unfortunately we are not able to take your word for it. The thing to do is to get an OTRS ticket in place on each file, by having the copyright holder send us an email. Thank you for your time. Unfortunately where we live any such certification is not possible. all I request you to do is google Prabhudayal Vidyarthi and there's a lot of information available on him. These photographs are part of personal collection and have not been on the web as we had not posted them till date. All people in the pics are long dead. We have no interest in owning anyone else's work as it is unethical and unacceptable even to us. However we do understand that you might have the same concerns. It might be possible that no such claims may be made by anyone else as these are our property. May we request you to not delete unless someone objects to the same. No problem...kindly see that they are not commercially available as the owner Mrs. Kamla Sahni wants them used for educational purposes only and were uploded on wiki for the very first time.
