Information needed
[edit]Will you please explain why you thought a photograph of a sales receipt from Shiekh Shoes was an appropriate illustration for an article on that chain of shoe stores? You restored in in January2015, after it has earlier been removed. DGG ( talk ) 00:44, 29 September 2017 (UTC)
- At the time no other image in the Commons existed of the subject (Sheikh Shoes). Although not a high quality image by any stretch, it was better than nothing. It provided some educational fact about the store: (1.) the existence of a store at a specific location; (2.) the store's price for a pair of Air Force 1 shoes at the time of the receipt.
