I am interested in helping draft and revise this article. I have written 2 SCOTUS articles thus far, Nixon v. Missouri Municipal League and Gregory v. Ashcroft. Criminal law is definitely not my specialty, but I might be able to help with summarizing the holding and adding secondary sources. Are you accepting edits to this draft? Thank you for the offer!, if you don't mind can you take a look at it now? I tried to avoid using LexisNexis or Westlaw because I am not sure if that is considered primary resources. I relied mostly on 2 journal notes. I do like to explore more about double jeopardy so let me know if what I drafted is okay and if I need to fix anything.
