Hi!

Hi, Amerxican, welcome to Wikipedia! I saw your article England–United States football rivalry, and I'm wondering about it. I've never heard of a rivalry between the US and England in soccer (or any other sport, for that matter), so I'm wondering: do you have any sources that talk about this? Well, the first two sources clearly don't rise to the level of Reliable sources. The 3rd talks very, very little about soccer at all, and seems more like a jingoistic puff-piece than anything of Encyclopedic merit. And the 4th explicitly says this is not a rivalry. (edit conflict)I'm sorry, but I don't think those are enough. They don't fit the standard for reliable sources, and they don't even strongly support the assertion that an English/US soccer rivalry is a thing. The first one is a blog, which is not a reliable source, and it only talks about how it might start what some consider to be the beginning of a rivalry. The second is also a blog, so it's also (very) unreliable; it says that the rivalry is entirely one-sided, and despite its claims, it takes two to tango. The third is an opinion piece from the WSJ, which appears to be tongue-in-cheek, as it doesn't talk about a specifically soccer-related rivalry, but a supposed rivalry between the two nations as a whole. The last one talks about how it isn't a rivalry.

Here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to nominate the article at Articles for deletion. The way it works is that a deletion discussion about the article will be held on a separate page (I'll automatically send you a notification once it's created that will include a link to it). It'll run for seven days, unless the outcome is very obvious, and during that time, you are welcome to join in on the discussion or keep improving the article. If you're serious about this, then I'd definitely recommend doing both, especially adding new sources to the article.
