The french Wikipedia gives no source, but the photo looks alot like this]. Their copyright page states "'Photographs included in this website may not be used for any purpose without the permission of GCIS." However, the french Wikipedia stated the image was in the public domain. So therefore the uploaderat the french wikipedia should be asked about the image, sadly his english is limited (at least that's what it says on his user page), If nessesary I will get a Wikipedian who is fluent in both French and English and have him/her contact him. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Link Removal Question

I don't have a problem that the link was removed, but I'd like to find out why my competition like mirc.net, mircscripts.org and mircscripts.com have remained? If you're going to remove one link and send a notice, why leave the others? I'd love to hear back from you. Thank you!
