My group is planning on making a Wikipedia page on the US-Mexico Agua Prieta Pipeline. This topic is very pressing as it is currently happening in parallel with the struggles in NoDAPL. Indigenous protests and resistance to this Agua Prieta Pipeline has been very prevalent, local Yaqui indigenous communities have been fighting this pipeline for a while. The Yaqui indigenous communities have faced a long history of repression but are continuing to fight against private companies. Despite winning moratoriums the Mexican government has continued to push for the pipeline's construction.

What are you subtitles? Also, what is the structure of your article? It seems like a great idea and super relevant, but I’m not sure how you plan to make sure that your article is comprehensive. Those articles are interesting, but I would love to see some more scholarly articles and more academic or formal information. you also might want to move this to your actual sandbox instead of your talk page! Super interesting article topic! I think it might be useful for you to start by construction your "lead paragraph" in order to provide a clear introduction to your article. As Hannah mentioned, It is important that you focus on using scholarly articles and academic information to cite when crafting wikipedia articles. I also think that making your points as specific as possible in terms of citing all examples that you give and providing specific dates would be a good addition. Again, I really think that your topic of choice is great, considering that it is focused, and timely. (Teyaneff) (talk) 21:25, 11 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

We moved into the user page by the way, sorry this wasn't clear earlier! Amaninashofry (talk) 05:32, 12 March 2017 (UTC) Amanina[reply]
