Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 200.73.84.146 . Place any further information here. This is a PC at the office, how do I do it do unblock it after??? I usually edit just ortography in Spanish or add some info when I have sources

Note that the warning about proxies is almost never wrong. Although you can fill in a new unblock request, your best bet is to disable your proxy and try again in 24 hours.
