Photos
Thanks for taking time to comment on my photos. It certainly shows you take the articles you watch over and the quality of Wikipedia very seriously.
Specific to the "Cathedra Petri and Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament" photo on the Saint Peters Basilica page, I felt the original photo by Ricardo André Frantz cut off St Peter's chair and the four saints at their heads. The accompanying article clearly states the chair is the reason why that section of the church was created. The photo I replaced showed the entire section of the wall from floor to ceiling and included people for scale. It may not have harmonized with the style, shape and color of all other photos (which is subjective anyway), but my photo is more informative, and being informative is why Wikipedia exists.
While I disagree with your reverting to the original photo, you clearly have contributed to Wikipedia for many years and probably knows what makes a good article better than me in my first week, so I will leave it up your best judgement.
