Please don't make the same request twice. You didn't contact WP:IMAGEHELP as instructed. Ignoring our answers and asking again isn't going to change the answer. Find out if we are allowed to use the photo. If we are then upload the image or ask for help uploading it if you don't know how to do it, and then link to it and ask for it (the Wikipedia or Commons copy, not the original) to be added to the article.
