Hi Diannaa. Thank you for your attention and input! This is a draft and wasn't aware drafts are analyzed also, thought was just for me to work on. On that, I'm well aware that section must be rewritten to be "information not content" according to Wikipedia regulations. It is only there for me to look at at this draft stage so I can think about rewriting in my own words, well before submission.

It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
