- That's simply part of the issue. If the admin did intend no page edits, that should be explained. The blocking policy explicitly states that editing of the user's talk page should only be disabled in the case of continued abuse of the talk page, which is not an issue, or at least wasn't at the top the block was issued.

- which does in fact help. maybe there is something to following proper policy ;-)
