Template:LaSalle Street Station

[edit]

Hello. Template:LaSalle Street Station is unused, and there's an inline template in LaSalle Street Station that does the same thing. Were you still planning to do more with this? Best, Mackensen (talk) 01:12, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, dumb question

[edit]

I want to nominate an article for deletion (as part of April Fools), but the article was already nominated for deletion before. How do I overcome this and nominate an article for a second time? PeteStacman24 (talk) 02:47, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, I figured out how to do it. PeteStacman24 (talk) 22:56, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

New Page Creation - List of Pace Bus Routes

[edit]

Hello,

I noticed that you created a Wikipedia page for Pace's Pulse routes. Thank you so much for doing that.

As you may know, there's a page that lists all of CTA's bus routes, but not one for Pace.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Chicago_Transit_Authority_bus_routes

I'm very new to Wikipedia and don't really know how to create a page. Could you possibly help me? I've compiled most (if not all) of the information from Pace's website. Please see the link below.

Thanks. Urbanguy0508 (talk) 15:15, 12 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Urbanguy0508: New users (i.e. those who made less than ten edits or have registered within the last four days) can't create articles. You can, however, start a draft (Draft:____) or a userspace draft (User:[your username]/____).
Keep in mind that there are some relevant rules/guidelines you may need to consider: Wikipedia:Notability (especially Wikipedia:Notability#Stand-alone lists), Wikipedia:Stand-alone lists, and Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not#Wikipedia is not a directory. In a nutshell, try to find reliable sources and not just pacebus.com. AlphaBeta135talk 00:47, 13 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the links. These look helpful.
What's a more direct and reliable source than the agency's website? Pace is the operator of all of these routes. No one else is managing these services.
Pace's website is referenced multiple times in the Pulse page.

Layouts

[edit]

Could you make RTD layouts for the following stations:

  1. Washington Union Station
  2. Pacific Central & Waterfront Stations in Vancouver
  3. Minneapolis Target Field
  4. St Paul Union Depot

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:40, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
