removing external links from lists
Dear Aloneinthewild,
I noticed that you have removed many of the external links in lists of universities recently. For example in an edit of List of universities in Rwanda you removed the external link University of Rwanda(UR) for the University of Rwanda. I feel this would make sense if the University of Rwanda was not a Wikipedia:Red link and in the article page of that university it's official website was listed there. However, that article does not exist (yet) and anybody wishing to go through the universities of Africa and create articles will have to separately research those external links again and thus will have more work to do. Or anyone wishing to find information about an university that does not (yet) have a article page will find Wikipedia less helpful. I have read through Wikipedia:External links and I feel that these external links should stay on these lists, especially if the listed institution has no article yet, my argument for it would be because I consider them Official links.
regards
Lumber Jack
