Image copyright problem with File:Batsoundtrack.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Batsoundtrack.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Dead links
[edit]As a general rule, it is not always a good idea to remove dead links (as you did here) unless you are sure they are not needed. It is often the case that a link can be fixed working from the information in the broken link. It is very common that a link has gone dead because the target has reorganised their website, not because they have disappeared altogether. That was the case here and the information was fairly easily retrieved as the site in question is the Pensylvannia Department of Labor & Industry and are not likely to shut up shop altogether. Even if they have closed down, leaving the dead link in place gives people a chance to retrieve the information from the cache. Leaving it in place still indicates that the text was originally referenced and where it came from and gives a starting point for anyone attempting a fix. Of course, if the link had looked like it was self-published original research then it was probably not worth having in the first place and can be deleted, but that was not the case here. Thanks.
