Oshitutuma village in Ogongo-Uukwambi, located 40 km North-West of Oshakati in Oshikuku Constituency, Omusati region. The village lies on the main road between Oshakati and Ruacana. The village receives an annual rainfall of 380 millimenters and most of the vegetation are mainly mopane tree [1], few thron bushes, and most of the land is barely covered Oshana making the land vulnerable to flood during the rainy season[2]. Oshitutuma village is prominently features are school, open market, church , and clinic. The economy depend on agriculture, mainly substance farming a combination of mahangu and small livestock. It is also common for its invention of boats that was made to assist the villagers to cross the Oshana during the rainy season.[3]
